As a first-time home buyer, Garrett was very helpful and explained the process well. Additionally, I was not in Ohio until closing, and Garrett made it so I could make a confident choice without actually being able to step foot in the house. We were able to close in less than two weeks (which was very fast but what we needed/wanted). Garrett advised an offer that would not need negotiation since we wanted to close quickly, so I can't speak to his negotiation skills, but the offer was accepted, and it felt like we were not putting too much on the table. Garrett was quick to respond and definitely helped make the process pretty easy.

I can't recommend Garrett enough. My wife and I are moving to the Toledo area from out of state and weren't familiar with Toledo or the surrounding communities.
